San Luis, Colorado
Colorado's oldest surviving settlement lies at the opening of the Valley of Culebra Creek into the greater San Luis Valley. This city was officially founded on April 9, 1851. It is at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the heart of this small town is the Sangre de Cristo Church.

The strongest draw for locals and tourists is the Stations of the Cross donated by our family.
The surroundings of this small town are truly what makes this area unique. Just to the southeast of San Pedro Mesa is the Sanchez Reservation and Sanchez State Wildlife Area. Just to the west are the San Luis Hills with the San Juan Mountains acting as a backdrop. And just to the north is the Blanca Massif.

This town and your property are surrounded by breathtaking and priceless views.
